We get so many enquires asking us how much it costs to hire ‘The One Day House’ for their wedding! To many, our name suggests a private wedding venue! Makes us laugh each time and I guess we could hire ourselves out, but we prefer to hire out our lovely furniture and decor!!

The One Day House hires out wedding furniture and decor for weddings and special events. As our name also suggests, our hire period covers the ‘one’ special day, however we are flexible with delivery and pick up options and your furniture hire may extend for up to three days.

Our warehouse is situated in Tweed Heads and we service Gold Coast, Tweed Coast, Byron Bay and surrounds.

Our wedding furniture hire collection is geared towards weddings and events of up to 150 guests, more if you are flexible with seating options and like a mix of coordinating styles. Give us your wedding venue details, and an idea of the furniture styles you prefer, and we will put together some hire options for your special day.

As well as weddings, we have furniture hire options for corporate events, picnics, engagement parties, hens, bridal and baby showers. Whatever the occasion we are sure to have lovely hire pieces to suit.

Our furniture and decor collection is modern, timeless with a casual coastal vibe. We love our bamboo tropics range which looks right a home at our Tweed Coast venues for the couples who love a coastal style wedding. We also have a strong connection to the modern boho look, and our pieces are a perfect addition to this very Byron Bay inspired style.

We are always on the look out for new furniture pieces that will tie in well with our current collections, so if you don’t see what you’re after in our inventory, please ask. It may be something we are looking at, or are keen to add to our hire range.

We currently offer a hire & delivery/pick up option only, however if you require set-up and styling for your wedding day we can certainly point you in the right direction. Our delivery manager Matt is familiar with all the popular Tweed Coast and Byron Bay wedding venues, so your furniture delivery & pick up  is an easy, streamlined process. We also deliver to private properties with adequate access for our trucks.
